You have the right to return your order within 100 days of receipt. However, returned items must:
- Show no signs of use
- Be unwashed
- Have original tags attached
You may try them to assess suitability, but they must remain in original condition.
Return Process
If your item meets the return criteria, email cloudycaremail@gmail.com to start your return. Our support team will provide instructions, including the return address.
📦 Important: Securely pack your items and use a shipping service with a tracking code (which should be shared with our support team). This ensures your return reaches us safely.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. Email us at cloudycaremail@gmail.com with your order number. If your package has already shipped, you can still return it once received.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t worry. Allow up to 2 additional days and check your tracking code. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.
Received Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, take a photo as evidence and email it to cloudycaremail@gmail.com with your order number. We will find a solution for you. Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a $20 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
