Order Process

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. To cancel, email us at cloudycaremail@gmail.com with your order number. If your package has already been shipped, you can still return it after receiving it.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please allow up to 2 additional days and check your tracking code. If it’s still not delivered, contact us with your order number.
Received Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please take a photo of the package and contents as evidence. Email the photo along with your order number to cloudycaremail@gmail.com so we can assist you. Please note that return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
